Continue to lift the starter handwheel, generate secondary oil pressure, and apply force to the oil motor slide valve。When the secondary oil pressure rises to a certain value, under the action of the secondary oil pressure, the slide valve rolls the power oil to the upper chamber of the oil motor piston, the power oil enters the upper chamber of the oil motor piston, the speed regulating steam valve is opened, the steam enters the turbine through the nozzle, and the unit begins to rotate;

4. When the speed of the unit rises to 100 RPM, it is said to run for 15min. When it is confirmed that the operation is normal, it is carried out according to the program 旆。

5. Continue to lift the starter handwheel until it reaches the highest position。

6. After the function of the starter is over, the governor is put into normal operation to play its speed adjustment function。
